CLTC & HCC takes its responsibilities regarding the health, safety and well being of its Members and Guests seriously. We have dedicated Welfare Officers across all main sections (see below) and we have in place a series of policies designed to safeguard and protect all users’ best interests. These can be downloaded below.
Please note that where the policies refer to CLTC only they also apply to HCC as required.
If anyone has any concerns over Safeguarding and Welfare at the Club, please contact the most appropriate Welfare Officer in the first instance.
